If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund minus shipping charges or exchange within 30 days of the original invoice date. Customers wishing to return a product should contact us by e-mail at:

Please provide your contact info, any order numbers and a reason for your return. At that time we will issue a product return number and address to return the product.
Return policy valid up to 30 days from date of purchase. The manufacturers warranty may exceed 30 days. Please allow one billing cycle to see a credit on your account.
 

Return Policies:

  • All items being returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must appear on the shipping label.. Packages returned without an RMA# will be refused.
     

  • Your item's must be sent back with all original product packaging. Do not write on the product packaging, do not put tape on it and do not deface it or credit will not be given. Put the products into an outer carton.
    (Do not put a label on the product packaging as this defaces it.)
     

  • All return merchandise must be in its original sellable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original materials, accessories and manuals that the manufacturer included with the merchandise or no credit will be given.
     

  • New, Non defective product which is returned for credit or exchange is subject to a 15% restock fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.
     

  • Defective products will be replaced within 30 days of purchase date, after that time the product is under the manufactures warranty. Click Here
     

  • Returns must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of the date purchased. Orders shipped and refused by the receiver will be charged a 25% restock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Policy Suggestions:

  1. Save the original packing (box) for at least 30 days and if possible, longer.

  2. Keep all original receipts and invoices so you have proof of purchase.

  3. Keep tracking numbers or receipts in case your return item becomes lost.

  4. Insure the return with the shipper in case the item becomes lost.

Remember: The items you are returning are your responsibility until they are received by Simpleline.
